Cut the bell peppers lengthwise and thoroughly clean them.
Chicken breasts should be cleaned and diced. Slice the onions and mushrooms as well.
In a pan, fry the chicken, mushrooms, and onion, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once the peppers have cooled, stuff them with parsley and a slice of cheese on top.
Cook the peppers in the oven for about 25 minutes.
