In a pan, melt the fat and add the chops.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown on one side.
Flip the chops over and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the asparagus is soft.
Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.

2 lamb chops (you can also use mutton)
400g of asparagus
3 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil
