  • Cauliflower should be washed and cut into small pieces.
  • In a pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the cauliflower.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, or a little longer if desired (depending on the consistency you like).
  • Using paper towels, thoroughly drain and dry the cooked cauliflower.
  • To make a smooth puree, mash the cauliflower with the other ingredients.

25g ground Parmesan (optional)
3 tablespoons of butter
